 agar segalanya ringan tak terbeban :-)









Mari kita belajar dari rasa sedih itu. Yakinlah Allah tidak pernah menciptakan sesuatu atau menimpakan sesuatu kepada kita dengan sia-sia.

Berfikirlah disebalik apa yang telah terjadi dan dialami, sungguh Allah tinggikan martabat dirimu kerana bersangka baik dan menjadi insan yang tabah lagi redha dalam menangani apa yang dilalui.


Kita pernah “DILUKAI”
dan mungkin pernah “MELUKAI”
tapi kerana itu kita BELAJAR
tentang bagaimana cara menghargai, menerima, berkorban dan memperhatikan.

Kita pernah “DIBOHONGI”
dan mungkin pernah “MEMBOHONGI”,
tapi dari itu kita belajar tentang KEJUJURAN.

Andaikan kita tidak pernah melakukan kesalahan dalam hidup ini, mungkin kita tidak pernah belajar erti diri MEMINTA MAAF dan MEMBERI MAAF.

Setiap waktu yang telah kita habiskan dalam hidup ini,tidak akan terulang kembali.

Namun ada satu hal yang masih tetap bisa kita lakukan,..
iaitu BELAJAR dari masa lalu untuk hari ESOK yang lebih baik..

:-) No tittle,, But, This is about JASIH

Entry kali ni, ana nak cerita tentang SAHABAT, FRIEND, SODIQUN, ZAMILATUN...


actually ana baru balik dari organize satu program di Kolej MARA Kulim bersama junior2 PPKS UMK (asasi UMK la)...

nama program tu JASIH (Jalinan Kasih). Kami senior2 PPKS yang dah kat UMK yang bagi nama. Nama JASIH ni merupakan kesinambungan dari matlamat dan objektif program tu sendiri yang mana ingin mengeratkan hubungan sesama pelajar PPKS dan memperkenalkan UMK senderi pada anak-anak UMK. Kami juga berhasrat nak bawa UMK kepada mereka.


Masa program ni dijalankan, banyak benda ana nad the team belajar. Kami belajar cara nak handle peserta dan urus emosi. Sebenarnya, kami semua takut penerimaan pelajar masa tu sampailah ke aktiviti pertama. Lepas tengok respons dari peserta program baru la kami rasa loose sikit. Program kali ni, banyak pendekatan baru yang kami ambil sebagai contoh kami melibatkan beberapa orang peserta dalam mesyurat post-mo term dan mereka juga dikehendaki untuk merancang satu aktiviti dimana masa kativiti itu, kami barisan fasilitator yang jadi peserta bersama rakan-rakan mereka yang lain tanpa pengetahuan rakan-rakan mereka. 




Program berjalan selama 3. Respon peserta cukup baik memandangkan ini program pertama kami bersama peserta berumur 18 tahun keatas, kami letakkan program ini sebagai "BERJAYA". 

Bercakap tentang slot terkhir (slot penutup). Masa slot ni, terasa seperti satu keajaiban berlaku. Dimana mood ukhwah tu tiba-tiba ja active tanpa disedari. Sorang demi seorang peserta tampil kehadapan untuk meluahkan apa yang terbuku dan kami yakin, ini merupakan tanda yang baik. Selesai slot penutup, mcam kebiasaan, kami semua berkumpul dalam bilik mesyuarat. Feedback dari peserta memang mengagumkan kami. Pada petang yang sama juga, mereka mengambil alih slot riadah dengan slot mereka sendiri. Sungguh kami barisan fasi memang seronok sebab tiba-tiba jadi peserta pulak kan? hahahha

Masa feedback, mereka kata bahawa akhirnya mereka sedar betapa susahnya untuk mengadakan satu aktiviti untuk peserta yang ramai. Tapi, objektif utama bukan itu, kami adalh untuk bagi mereka pengalaman mengendalikan program dan kami ingin melihat bagaimana mereka menguruskan aktiviti. Ternyata mereka berjaya! 



Memang pengisian program ini lebih kepada motivasi dan sahabat. ternyata lagi sekali kami berjaya. Nampak ukhwah mereka kembali terbina. :-) Malam penutup tu, semua kami telah mengalirkan air mata ikhlas baik peserta juga fasilitator. Bagi kami fasi, walau baru beberapa kali jumpa dengan junior2 ni tapi rasa ukhwah yang terbina dalam pertemuan singgkat ini, benar2 utuh. Hinggakan personally, waktu nak tinggalkan kolej ni, ana rasa sebak sangat. Masa tu ada 2 orang pelajar iring ana sampai ke post-guard. sangat sebak. Waktu tu, ana makin faham jika ukhwah terbina atas landasan keikhlasan....

Kepada jr2 PPKS, kami senior2 menanti anda semua di UMK :-)

Program Ramah Mesra PPKS UMK 12/13 & Majlis Graduasi PPKS UMK 11/12

Tiga hari ni memang antara hari yang paling ,encabar bagi aku dan rakan-rakan yang lain. Tapi, kami enjoy sangat2 moment tu.. walau terpaksa men"zombie"kan diri selama tiga hari. namun demi adik-adik junior PPKS, kami relakan juga.
 
Malam tadi 7.10.12 merupakan malam graduasi ppks sesi 11/12. sangat seronok. Tak sangka adik-adik junior berjaya buat ana gembira malam tu dengan persembahan diorang yang outstanding tu.
 
Malma tu juga ana dapat kejutan dimana ana telah dinobatkan sebagai "Tokoh Pelajar" PPKS UMK yang pertama. Hanya Allah saja yang tahu perasaan ana ketika itu. Mengalir air mata sebak dalam diam.
 
Memang sebelum ni tak pernah lansung handle program ni, Buat Junior PPKS yang baca entry ni, walaupun pertemuan kita singkat buat masa ini, namun, apa yang kami disini rasa, kami sungguh gembira bersama kalian. diharapkan kesatuan yang kalian tunjukkan semasa persembahan malam graduasi itu berterusan agar kalian terus utuh membina nama dan menyambung legasi PPKS UMK yang telah kami bina bersama warga PPKS yang lain. 
 
Buat rakan-rakan, berkerja dengan kalian adalah satu perkara yang menakjubkan. Walau persiapan kurang mantap, namun dengan ukhwah dan kerjasama kita, kita berjaya menjayakan 2 program ( Program Ramah Mesra PPKS UMK dan Majlis Graduasi PPKS UMK). Ana sangat gembira bekerja bersama kalian.

Pejam celik, pejam celik, tinggal beberapa hari je lagi nak daftar kat UMK. Rasa gerun pun ada jugak, macam-macam perasaan ada... tapi before that, lets enjoy the Hari Raya first.. :-)

Kali ni Syawal disambut dengan kesederhanaan, tapi penuh keceriaan. Bagi ana, dah menjadi adat untuk kami saudara mara yang tinggal tak jauh dari rumah ayahanda bonda untuk berkumpul pada malam Idul-Fitri  untuk meraikan datangnya Syawal.... And, for this year, keluarga side my dad buat Majlis Mersa Keluarga Ayahanda Bonda dan Majlis Tahlil pada 3Syawal ...memang seronok bila semua famili side my dad berkumpul dan kat rumah tok wan..

Salam Ramadhan

Salam,
Perasan tak perasan, dalam bulan Ramadhan ni Ana tak pernah post apa-apa entry lagi kan?... 
Bukan apa, agak sibuk,,,, maklumlah, tak lama lagi bakal bergelar seorang mahasiswa kan. So, sebagai preperation untuk daftar ke univ. memangg banyak kene buat.. macam-macam... 

Rasanya belum terlambat lagi buat ana mengucapkan Selamat Berpuasa buat semua Muslimin dan Muslimat. Ahlan wa sahlan ya Ramadhan... 


Baru nak feeling-feeling ramadhan ni dah nak masuk Syawal pula. BTW., disepuluh malam terakhir ni sama-sama la kita memanfaatkannya.. ye tak???

And one more thing is, i got something to do this two week... Sesuatu yang ana rasakan sangat mencabar dan entahlah,, semoga segalanya berjalan lancar dan menjadi hendaknya,,,, nanti bila projek tu dah siap baru ana story mory kat sini k,,,'

A comparison of density between water, vegetable oil and honey.

Abstract         The purpose of the search is to identify the density of vegetable oil, honey and water. A statistical analysis of the collected data showed that the density of an object made from a comparatively dense material will have less volume than an object of equal mass made from some less dense substance. The results show that when the three solutions were mingled together it will separate into three different layers. That is vegetable oil at the first layer, followed by water and honey.

Introduction
From physical point of view, density has already discovered by Archimedes in 75 B.C. In his work 'The Floating Bodies', this principle is known as the 'Archimedes Principle' which states that the apparent weight of an object weighed in a fluid is smaller than its true weight. Archimedes also describe the effect of buoyancy in which the apparent weight loss is the weight of fluid displaced by the object.
Many papers have been published about the density of many solution. Such as the density of the Dead Sea (Clark et al., 1934), gold (Mariana et al., 2010) and sugar solution (Chunying et al., 2010).
Density (symbol: ρ - Greek: rho) is a measure of mass per volume. The average density of an object equals its total mass divided by its total volume. An object made from a comparatively dense material (such as iron) will have less volume than an object of equal mass made from some less dense substance (such as water) ( Density . New W.E 2008, April 3). 
A study have been done about a physical properties of honey (White Jr.,) the author focused that Honey contains trace amounts of several vitamins and minerals. As with all nutritive sweeteners, honey is mostly sugars and is not a significant source of vitamins or minerals. Honey also contains tiny amounts of several compounds thought to function as antioxidants, including chrysin, pinobanksin, vitamin C, catalase, and pinocembrin (Martos et al. 2000; Gheldof et al. 2002).Honey has a density of about 1.36 kilograms per liter that is 36 percent denser than water (Krell 1996).

Besides, Inga D et all (2000) stated that Vegetable oil has a density of 910 to 930 kilograms per cubic meter or 0.91 to 0.93 grams per cubic centimeter. Therefore it is lighter than water and floats on it.

Next, in this research we also use water as a constant.(Water . New W.E 2008, November 15) stated that density is 0.998 g/cm³ (liquid at 20 °C) and phase is  0.92 g/cm³ (solid). A simple but environmentally important and unusual property of water is that its solid form, ice, floats on its liquid form, because ice has a lower density than liquid water. By contrast, for almost all other substances, the solid form has a higher density than the liquid form.

The aim of the present work is to compare the density of vegetable oil, honey and water.the result can be seen physically through the experiment when the solution are mixed together in a beaker. Theoretically, when we put honey, water and vegetable oil, honey will sink to the bottom and followed by water and then vegetable oil. Thus, this research is meant to investigate the reasons behind it and perhaps it will lead us to solve other world problem such as oil spill problem.

Materials and methods
Chemicals and apparatus
150 ml of honey, 150 ml of vegetable oil and 150 ml of water (H2O) was prepared by using distillation process. Three beakers (150 ml), and 500 ml beaker were used.
Sample preparation
50 ml of each type of liquid was measured into the 3 (150 ml beaker). First, the honey liquid was poured into the 500 ml beaker. It was poured slowly into the center of the beaker. Then, the water was poured into the beaker slowly. After that, wait a second for the solution to be settled before adding another solution. Next, the vegetable oil was poured into the beaker after the water had settled with the honey.

Table 1 and 2 show the mass of water, honey and oil for 0.05L and 0.1L. Based on the observation, the reading shows that the mass for 0.05 L of honey, water and oil were **** kg, ****kg and ****kg respectively whereas the mass for 0.05 L of honey, water and oil were **** kg, **** kg, and **** kg respectively.
From the data in Table 3, it can be seen that for 0.05L of every tested solution, the density of honey was highest, followed by water and oil at ****kg/L, 0.9992 kg/L  and **** kg/L respectively.  Then, from the last column which is 0.1L, the result is slightly the same but the density value is a little bit different which is **** kg/L, **** kg/L and **** kg/L respectively.

From chart 1, the statistical significance among the result values of the different solution was evaluated by using the theoretical formula which is mass of the solution over volume. From the bar chart, it shows clearly the differences between these three solution as mentioned above.
Based on the observation, honey sank to the bottom of the beaker. Then after the water had been poured into the beaker, the water did not mingle together with the honey. Same thing occur after the oil was added. It shows that the honey was at the bottom (third layer), followed by water (second layer) and oil (first layer). Eventhough the beaker had been shaken violently, it is still the same.
As pointed out in the introduction several authors have investigated about the density of honey, water and oil. But it is difficult to compare their result with those presented here. In fact concentration of all the solution used was different, and this vary might affect the result. Besides, Inga, D. et all (2000) stated that vegetable oil has a density of 910 to 930 kilograms per cubic meter or 0.91 to 0.93 grams per cubic centimeter. Therefore it is lighter than water and floats on it. For the water solution, the difference of the density was affected by the temperature of water. Different water density has its own density .

Our result shows that there is a slight difference between the density of honey, water and oil. That is why when this three solution were mingled together it separated into three different layer, whereby the oil is at the first layer, followed by water and honey. The least the density of the solution, the higher it chances to float. Further studies are needed to investigate deeply about the characteristic of each solution and its density.

~UMK here i come~


~UMK here i come~

Hari berganti dengan pastas. Rasa macam baru semalam ja last paper PPKS UMK 11/12. And now, the time to regis at UMK for Bachelor of Applied Science Product Development Technology with honors for 4 years....

o, before i forgot... i had satu benda nak gtau kat u all... Last Sunday, i attend "Sambutan Hari Guru KMK & Majlis Pelancaran Program Akademik" aka Anugerah Cemerlang la... Alhamdulillah... Ana merupakan salah seorang penerima anugerah,,, Man Jadda Wajada, Waman Zara'a, Hasoda, ( siapa yang berusaha dia akan berjaya, dan siapa yang menanam, dia akan dapat hasil tuaiannya)
